Occam's Razor

Pluralitas non est ponenda sine necessitate.

Plurality must not be posited without necessity.

Although we've all been thought to try and make it simple under a single wonderful diagnosis, I like Hickam's dictum:

Hickam’s dictum:
“A patient can have as many diagnoses as he darn well pleases."
